So today I called about my referral to see a therapist. I am so scared about going and opening up. I am supposed to be getting a call back Thursday at noon from one of the therapists to discuss what I need and how they can help. I am freaking out because I am one of these people that bottles everything up (which is part of the problem) rather than talking. I don't like to feel that I am burdening anyone else with my issues and problems. It does kind of feel like a step in the right direction but I am totally freaking out.
Have any of you had therapy etc? Any advice to help?
